Fundraising Horse Night
The horse night was a huge success and many happy punters won prizes. Thanks a million, to the finance and fundraising committee who put in a huge effort to organise, fundraise and run the night. The money raised goes exclusively towards the community hall renovation.
Cemetery Mass
Thanks to all who attended and participated in the annual cemetery Mass in Glenmore. It was well attended. The amount raised was €3,930.
Glenmore Community First Responders
This group will respond to emergency calls received by the National Ambulance

Treasurer, Julie Hoynes, 087 762 9898. An information session will be arranged
in the near future.
Congratulations to Bishop Gerard Nash on his appointment as Bishop of Ossory, in addition to being Bishop of Ferns.
Baptisms Rosbercon & Glenmore
Baptisms are celebrated on Saturday’s at 2pm. If baptisms are booked in Rosbercon or Glenmore on a particular Saturday, and families want that date, they are welcome to join with the other parish for the baptism. Likewise, what church is booked first, that’s where the baptisms will be that weekend.
Altar Servers
Children who have received their first Holy Communionare welcome to become Altar servers in Glenmore and Rosbercon (Incl. Listerlin & Tullogher) Parishes. If you think this might be for you, then pick up an application form in the sacristy. Servers start in September.
