November Remembering
We will gather this Sunday at 3pm in the cemetery (Beside the children’s memorial stone) at 3pm to pray the rosary and offer prayers for the dead. The particular remembrance this week will be fore children and young people who have died. You are welcome to join us.
Remembrance Service
Our Remembrance Service will take place next Thursday, 13th November at 7.30pm in Glenmore.
This service is open to everyone in the parish and beyond. We will remember all our departed loved ones, but particularly those who have died in the past year.
After the service a cup of tea will be served in the parish hall and you are also welcome to join us for that.
Novena Of Masses
Next Thursday I begin a novena of Masses for the deceased of our parish. All welcome
Ceili Dancing
Tuesday night’s in the Community Hall. 8pm.
Noeleen’s Tractor Run
The Tractor Run will take place this Sunday, 9th November. Registration starts at 11.30am at the sports field in Ballinaraha with the road run starting at 1pm. It is open to tractors, cars, trucks and motorcycles.
If anyone would like to donate towards this community fundraiser, either by sponsoring a tractor, providing refreshments, sandwiches, spot prizes for the raffle, all are greatly appreciated. Leave your donation at the hurling pitch between 11am and 1pm this Sunday. Thank you
Mass Cards
Signed Mass Cards are available in the sacristy. Suggested stipend is €10. Please leave the name of the person you wish the Mass to be offered for.
Memory Wall
In our church, before the altar, we have placed a memory board which hold the names, images and memories of our deceased loved ones. If you have a memory card, or a special prayer, you are welcome to place it on the board. There has been a great response from people for this appeal.
In addition to the Memory Wall, sheets are also available at the back of the church. Fill these out with the names of your loved ones and place them in the basket in front of the altar. All will be remembered in our Masses in November.
Chair Exercise
Every Wednesday in the Community Hall. 11am. All welcome to attend .

Glenmore Pantomime Society
Rehearsals are well underway now for this years production of Cinderella which runs in the Glenmore Community Show on Thursday 27th November , Friday 28th November and Saturday 29th November 2.30pm & 7.30 pm. Tickets available from:

November Offering for Priest
The November Offering is taken up this month. It is the second of the three envelopes you received in October.
I am sincerely grateful to everyone who supports me. In the month of November I offer a novena of Masses for the deceased of the parish. Thank you once again.
Charity Reclaim Scheme
Over the coming weeks, many parishioners will receive a letter inviting them to take part in the Charity Donation Scheme, which allows the parish to reclaim the tax paid on your donations — at no extra cost to you.
If you donate at least €5 per week (through envelopes, standing order, yearly, priest’s collection etc.) and you pay tax, you may be eligible. Once you receive the letter and CHY form, please fill it in and return it to us if you qualify.
