Parish Raffle
The Parish Christmas Raffle takes place this Sunday, 14th December, in the Community Hall at 12 noon. Do join us. All welcome.

Christmas Mass Cards
On sale in the sacristy are a variety of signed Christmas Mass Cards. This is a shared Mass scheme and each card costs €2. Masses after Christmas will be offered for the intentions requested. Make sure to leave the names of the people you wish included in these Masses. Cards available in the sacristy.

Mass Cards
Mass Cards for living and deceased are available in the sacristy. Suggested donation is €10. Each card is a guarantee of an individual Mass offered for that intention. Please leave the name of the person for whom the Mass will be offered.

Ceili Dancing
Tuesday night’s in the Community Hall. 8pm.

Have Your Say About Your Catholic School
For Attention of Parents of children attending Primary Schools or have yet to start: The Department of Education is currently conducting a Primary School Survey that will determine the future provision of Primary Schools and crucially could lead to lasting changes in your school. In simple, direct terms, you are being asked if you want your school to stay a Catholic school or if you want that to change.

Defibrillator Course
A defibrillator training course has been arranged for next Friday, December 19th in the Community Hall starting at 7pm. The course can take 12 volunteers. If you would like to volunteer, please give your name to Julie Hoynes 087 762 9898 or Bernie Cullinane 087 753 9706

Fun Walk
St. Stephen’s Day, December 26th. 5k family fun run/walk. Start & Finish Glenmore Greenway Car Park. Donations on the day, proceeds to St. Joseph’s AC development fund. Starts at 12. noon

Confessions for Christmas
Next Saturday, from 6pm to 6.45pm, there will be confessions available in the church. This sacrament helps us prepare spiritually for the birth of Jesus. It is recommended that we attend confession at least twice a year, preferably at Christmas & Easter.

Tractor Run
A huge ‘Thank You’, to the tractor run committee who very generously donated €4,500 to the parish. This money will go a long way to stabilising parish finances.
Half this donation will go towards the Community Hall.

South Kilkenny Historical Society
Lá an Dreoilín (Wren Day) event Friday, December 26th (St. Stephen's Day). Venue: Mullinavat Parish Hall and Church Car Park. Time: 11am

Soulful Harmonica
Fr. Paschal Moore, PP Piltown has released at CD to commemorate his 55 years of ordination. Its classic tunes played by him on the harmonica. Cost is €10. Available in the sacristy.
