Fundraising
The Fundraising Committee are planning two fundraisers that will benefit both the Community Hall and the parish.
Horse Race Night on the Big Screen, Friday, 17th July; Harvest Supper, Friday, 16th October
Your support of these upcoming events is greatly appreciated.

Cemetery Mass
This years cemetery Mass will be held on Friday, 24th July at 7pm.

Sharing Anniversaries
Going forward, booking for weekend Masses will be with the understanding that families may have to share a particular weekend Mass with others. For those who wish to have an individual Mass, we offer weekday Masses at 10am.

Rosary Rally
This takes place on Saturday, 6th June at Knock Shrine and is one of the biggest religious events in the country. From talks and adoration to learning how to make rosary beads. Starts at 9am and ends with rosary procession at 4.30pm.

Community Alert
People looking for a senior citizen personal alarm can contact Julie Hoynes at 087 762 9898

Lourdes
This weekend, the Lourdes collection will be taken up along with the normal offertory collection. Anything that is above the usual weekly amount will be sent to the diocese. Your support of the diocesan pilgrimage is appreciated

Thank You
A sincere ‘Thank you’ to the Golden Club and Women’s Shed who held a cake sale in aid of the parish last weekend. The total raised was €805. Thanks also to everyone who supported it.
Funds raised for the parish are split 50/50 between the church and the community hall. Fundraised money is not used to pay parish debts.

Easter Offering
My Sincere thanks to all who have, and will contribute to the Easter collection for the support of the priest. This is the second green envelope in the box of parish contribution envelopes you received back in February.
If you didn’t get envelopes, or have mislaid them, you can contribute by using one of the special envelopes available at the back of the church. Again, thank you for your continued support. Fr. Liam

Vintage Rally
Tullogher/Rosbercon Vintage & Classic Club will hold a vintage show on Sunday, 26th April at 12noon at Rosbercon Parish Centre Y34 TK33.

Defibrillator Course
A new course is being organised within the coming weeks. Anyone interested in being trained in the use of these machines should contact Bernie Cullinane 087 753 9706 or Nicholas Kelly 087 256 7866. The course is open to anyone, 18 and older.

Knitting Club
The Knitting Club: Monday at 7 pm in the Community Hall.

Golden Club
The Golden Club will meet on Tuesday at 10.30 am in the Community Hall.

Ceili Dancing
Ceili Dancing on Tuesday’s at 8pm in the Community Hall.

Chair Exercise
Chair Exercise on Wednesday at 11am in the Community Hall.

Women’s Shed
The Women’s shed meet on Thursday at 11am in the Community Hall.

Mass On The Telly
Bishop Phonsie Cullinan, Chair of the Council for Vocations, will celebrate Mass in St. Canice’s Catholic Church, Dean Street, Kilkenny, on Vocations Sunday (next Sunday), April 26th, at 11.00 am.
The Mass will be broadcast live on RTÉ One and streamed online.

St. Vincent de Paul
The local SVP will hold their collection next weekend.

Hall Users
If you use the hall and generate waste, please take your rubbish and recycling with you. We don’t have the facilities to recycle. What did they do with rubbish and waste in the past I hear you say? You don’t want to know.

Finance Committee
