Mass on Monday at 10am will include a short penitential with confession. All welcome.

First Friday Visits
I will be making my calls to the sick and housebound this Monday, 22nd, from 1pm onwards.

Liturgy Meeting
The liturgy group will hold a short meeting on Monday in the sacristy at 7pm

Parish Raffle
Thank you sincerely to all who made the Parish Christmas Raffle a huge success. The total raised was €8,750.
Thanks to the fundraising committee who spearheaded the draw and all who took part in planning the event last Sunday.
And thank you to all who supported the draw. There were many winners, but the biggest winner was the parish church and community hall on which the money will be spent.

Christmas Mass Cards
Weekday Masses from the 29th until the 6th of January will be offered for the intentions of those who received shared mass cards from the parish. It would be nice (but not obligatory), if those who requested (or received ), the Masses joined us for these Masses

Fun Walk
St. Stephen’s Day, December 26th. 5k family fun run/walk. Start & Finish Glenmore Greenway Car Park. Donations on the day, proceeds to St. Joseph’s AC development fund. Starts at 12. noon

South Kilkenny Historical Society
Lá an Dreoilín (Wren Day)
event, Friday, December 26th (St. Stephen's Day). Venue: Mullinavat Parish Hall and Church Car Park. Time: 11am

Mass Cards
Mass Cards for living and deceased are available in the sacristy. Suggested donation is €10. Each card is a guarantee of an individual Mass offered for that intention. Please leave the name of the person for whom the Mass will be offered.

For those who wish to contribute to the parish online, either by monthly direct debit, or once a year or twice a year, our parish IBAN is IE76 BOFI 9066 3811 5069 20. this is the parish account only, not the priests account. Thank you for your support

Charitable Donation Scheme
Thanks to all who have participated in this scheme. Anyone who donates €250 per year (€5 per week), and who pays tax, we may be able to claim the tax paid on that donated amount, and at no extra cost to the donor.
We sent out 60 CHY forms and have received back 40. If you have yet to fill this out, please do as soon as possible. If you are not participating, send back the form anyway with your name and a large X across the sheet. That way we will know not to send you forms in the future.
